- 2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 2" pcs
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream (optional)

- 1 tsp cardamom pods
- 1 x dry bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp whole cloves
- 1/4 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 stk cinnamon
- 1/2 whl nutmeg
- 1/3 c. unsalted cashews
