- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain
- 1/3 c. hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb button mushrooms, julienned
- 1/4 lb fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems discarded, caps julienned
- 1/4 c. fresh wood ear mushrooms, trimmed and julienned (optional)
- 5 x Chinese chives or possibly green onions, cut into 2 inch pcs
- 1/2 c. julienned carrot
- 1/4 c. chicken stock
- 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
- 6 x 8 inch flour tortillas, warmed
