- 50 ml Lowfat milk
- 1 whl nutmeg
- 1 x 50 grams pac fresh watercress

- 50 gm Gruyere or possibly Cheddar
- 300 ml Double cream
- 2 x Plum tomatoes
- 4 x Vine-ripened tomatoes
- 100 gm Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 sm Hand fresh basil
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
