- 1 x -1/2 C. vegetable oil
- 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 x -1/2 Tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 c. capers, with liquid
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pcs
