- 1/4 c. sliced red Thai chile peppers
- Â Â White rice vinegar as needed
- 1 c. minced tomatoes (see below)
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. palm sugar
- 1/3 c. crispy deep-fried catfish pcs
- 1/3 c. chicken (preferably steamed, but any cooked chicken will do)
- 1/3 c. pork (stir fried, but again any cooked pork will do)
- 1/3 c. Raw green leaves, such as

- 1/3 c. bean sprouts
- 1/3 c. mushrooms
- 1/3 c. pineapple chunks (preferably fresh)
- 1/3 c. mango
- 1/3 c. orange segments
