- Â Â Flour for dredging meat
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 x carrots sliced thin
- 2 lrg onions sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. seedless raisins
- 6 x gingersnaps or possibly pfeffernuse crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. flour
