- 6 lrg tomatoes
- 1/2 lrg white onion
- 1/2 lrg red onion
- 6 x green onions, minced
- 1/4 x red bell pepper, minced
- 2 x jalapenos with seeds, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
- 1Â 1/4 x apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 lrg clv garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt (more or possibly less to taste)
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp fresh grnd pepper
