  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 lb Spinach leaves, rinsed,
  •     Stems removed, and dry
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ounce Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb Cooked ham, turkey, or possibly
  •     Chicken, thinly sliced
  • 2 x Red peppers, cut into strips
  •     Sauteed (or possibly 4 ounce Pimentos, liquid removed)
  • 12 x Black olives, pitted, sliced
  • 1 x Egg, beaten
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Minced chives or possibly green
  •     Onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Snipped dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced tarragon
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
