Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. BUTTER
- 1/2 c. SUGAR
- 1 x EGG
- 1 c. ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- Â Â Beat sugar and butter till light. Blend in egg and flour.
- Â Â Mix well and spread onto bottom of 10-inch springform pan.
- Â Â Bake at 450-degrees for 10 min.
- Â Â CAKE
- 2 lb CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and warmed in
- Â Â Microwave 2 min on high.
- 1 c. SUGAR
- 1/4 c. CORNSTARCH
- 5 x JUMBO Large eggs, out of shell and warmed for 25
- Â Â Seconds on high.
- 1 x (1 lb) can PEACHES, liquid removed and pureed
- 1/3 c. AMARETTO or possibly GRAND MARNIER LIQUEUR
- 1/2 c. HEAVY CREAM
