- 2 x cloves garlic (large) finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice (see below)
- 1/8 tsp Five spice seasoning Chinese or possibly Thai
- 1 c. minced cooked broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. minced raw cashews
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Â Â water as needed
- Â Â pepper pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
- Â Â (or possibly basil or possibly scallions)
- 2 c. cooked basmati rice
- 1 lrg orange peeled and sliced
- Â Â (reserve the juice for marinade)
