- 250 ml Cream
- 1 pch Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Orange liqueur or possibly orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Grated orange rind
- 125 ml Plain lowfat yoghurt
