Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkt dry Chinese black mushrooms
  •     (6 or possibly 7 mushrooms)
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 c. shredded napa or possibly green cabbage
  • 1 x red bell pepper cut short thin
  •     strips
  • 1 c. fresh bean sprouts
  •     (or possibly rinsed liquid removed canned bean sprouts)
  • 2 lrg green onions cut short thin
  •     strips
  • 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/3 c. plum sauce
  • 8 x flour tortillas - (6" dia) warmed
