- 1 x clove garlic, crushed (or possibly garlic pwdr)

- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil (about 1 Tbsp. or possibly to taste)
- 6 x -12 leaves fresh basil (depending on size), minced
- 1 loaf crusty bread (baguette, etc.)
