- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Bluefin tuna u cut into thin rectangles
- Â Â Mango u sliced in rectangles
- Â Â Cucumber u shaved thin
- Â Â Cubanelle pepper u roasted and cut into thin rectangle

- Â Â Fresh yuzu and wasabi sauce
