  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 x Carrots, peeled and diced
  • 4 x Green onions, diced
  • 6 ounce Grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 sprg parsley, minced
  • 2 x To 3 ounce ham, diced
