  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

For the dressing
  • 150ml/5fl oz plum sauce

  • 50ml/2fl oz rice vinegar

  • 1 lime, juice and zest

For the tuna
  • 4 x175g/6 oz thick-cut tuna steaks

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
