- 1/2 cup peanut oil

- enough oil to coat a sauce pan
- 1/2 cup shallot or red onion minced fine
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp red chili flake
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup peanut butter(creamy or chunky your choice)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbls lime juice
- 3 tbls packed brown sugar
- 2 tbls fish sauce
- 1 jalapeno minced fine
- 1 tsp cilantro minced or lemon basil if you can get it
- 2 tbls sake
