- Home made chicken or beef stock
- 6 - 8 cloves garlic minced fine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram (optional)
- 2 or 3 bay leaves (optional)
