  • 1 pound Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cups Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 ea Eggs, room temperature
  • Garnish:
  • 1 quart Strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • cup Sugar
