Ingredients
- 2 C Very warm water (120-125F)
- 2 pkgs Active dry yeast (not fast acting yeast)
- 3 T Sugar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 5 1/2 - 6 C Bread Flour (may need less)
- 1 egg white with 1 Tbsp water (for a crispy crust)

This Is A Favorite Of My Family. Goes Great With All Italian Dishes, Or Shape Into Baguettes And Slice On A Diagonal After Baking And Toast For Crostinis For Appetizers Or Dips.
