- For the cupcakes:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (about 4)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the frosting:
- 1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar (I used about 1 3/4 cups)
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
