  • 1 3/4 cups (8 3/4 ounces) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3/4 (6 ounces) cold unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons ice water, or more as needed
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
