• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 cup (1 stick or 4 ounces) unsalted butter, chilled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 2 to 3 tablespoons ice water
• 1 package (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
• 1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 ounces marzipan
• 1 to 2 drops green food coloring
