Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 envelope (about 2 1/2 teaspoons) unflavored gelatin
  • 2/3 cup eggs whites (from 4 or 5 large eggs)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 to 8 serving vessels (glasses, ramekins, etc.)
