  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons Emeril's Original Essence or Creole Seasoning
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup fine unseasoned dried bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
