  • 6 anchovy fillets (optional)
  • 2 Tbs. capers, rinsed
  • 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. minced fresh dill
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
