- 2 tsp. peeled and chopped fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and quartered lengthwise
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, seeded and quartered lengthwise
- 3/4 lb. soba or somen noodles or Italian vermicelli
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
