  • 1 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 small carrot, cut into matchsticks
  • handfuls bean sprouts
  • green pepper, seeds removed, thinly sliced
  • few coriander leaves, to garnish
