Ingredients
- 700 g potatoes
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 black cardamom
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10 g ginger
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1.5 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 450 g minced lamb
- 150 ml lamb or chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 50 g butter
- 250 ml milk, (for a richer dish, substitute cream for some of the milk)
- 3 handfuls frozen peas
