  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 11/2 teaspoons freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, for garnish
