  • 1 bag (10 oz) Andes mint baking chips Hot Fudge Sauce
  • 1/2 cup each cocoa powder and sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • stick butter
  • Peppermint-stick ice cream
  • Garnish: whipped cream, tiny red and white candy heart decors and maraschino cherries
