  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 1/2 pounds), pounded to 1/2-inch thick
  • 1 ripe cantaloupe , peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 12 ounce feta cheese , crumbled
  • 3 bunches watercress , trimmed and chopped
