Leeks Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 8   hard-cooked eggs, peeled*
  • 10 medium  leeks
  • 6 tablespoons  butter
  • 2 tablespoons  all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 cups  milk
  • 1/2 cup  white cheddar cheese, shredded (2 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese (1 oz.)
  • 1/4 teaspoon  cayenne pepper
  •   Salt and ground black pepper
