In Nonstick Frypan Cook Chik'n Strips In 2 Teaspoons Of Hot Oil Over Medium-high Heat For 1 To 3 Minutes Or Until Hot, Stirring Frequently. Remove From Frypan. Wipe Frypan With Paper Towel.
