Mulligatawny Soup With Chicken And Apples

Ingredients

  • 1 cup  chopped onion
  • 1 cup  coarsely chopped carrots
  • 1 cup  sliced celery
  • 1 tablespoon  vegetable oil
  • 1-1/3 cups  chopped tart apple (1 large)
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons  curry powder
  • 2 14-1/2-ounce cans  reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2-1/2 cups  water
  • 1 14-1/2-ounce can  stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cups  Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Refrigerated Diced Chicken Breast

Description

In A Dutch Oven Cook And Stir Onion, Carrots, And Celery In Hot Oil Over Medium Heat 10 Minutes Or Until Tender. Reduce Heat; Add Apple, Salt, And Curry Powder. Cook, Covered, 5 Minutes.
