  • 3 tablespoons  sherry vinegar
  • 3 cloves  garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon  smoked Spanish or regular paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup  olive oil
