  • 1/2 cup  water
  • 1/4 cup  sugar
  • 1/4 cup  lemon juice
  • 3 6-oz. cartons  vanilla lowfat yogurt
  •   Ice pop molds (2- to 3-oz. size) or 4-oz. paper cups
  •   Wooden craft sticks (optional)
