Spicy Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup  dry pinto beans (about 1/3 pound)*
  • 1 cup  All-Bran® Original
  • 1 cup  picante sauce
  • 1/2 cup  chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon  cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon  garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon  liquid hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon  chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons  fat-free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup  chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons  sliced green onion
  •   Baked tortillas chips or assorted Keebler® crackers

Description

In Large Suacepan Place Beans. Add 3 Cups Cold Water. Bring To Boiling. Reduce Heat. Simmer, Uncovered, For 2 Minutes. Remove From Heat. Let Stand, Covered, For 1 Hour. Drain. Rinse. Return Beans To Saucepan. Add 3 Cups Fresh Water. Bring To Boiling. Red
