Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1   lemon
  • 1 tbsp.  vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2   to 3-pound chicken, cut up
  • 1 can  (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
  • 1/4 cup  water
  • 1 clove  garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp.  ground black pepper
  •   Hot cooked rice

Description

Cut 4 Thin Slices From Lemon; Squeeze Juice From Remaining Lemon. Set Aside.
