- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
