  • 6 ounces  dried penne pasta (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup  bias-sliced fresh asparagus spears
  • 1 cup  fresh red raspberries or sliced fresh strawberries
  •   Lettuce leaves (optional)
  • 2   green onions, sliced
