Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup  lemon curd
  • 2 tablespoons  thawed frozen whipped dessert topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon  grated fresh ginger
  • 15   Homemade Phyllo Cups or one 2.1-ounce. package of baked miniature phyllo dough shells (15)
  • 2 tablespoons  pomegranate seeds
  •   Finely shredded lemon peel or candied lemon peel (optional)
