  • 1/2 cup  shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons  cold butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3/4 cup  reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup  finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon  honey, (optional)
  • 3-5 tablespoons  low-fat milk
