- 1/4 teaspoon grated or ground nutmeg (eyeball it)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped, peeled hazelnuts
- 2-3 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
