- 1 Pkg fresh yakisoba from the supermarket (set flavor package aside)
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbl cooking oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp tamarind paste
- 4 tbl soy or tamari sauce
- 1 tbl mirin
- 1 tsp regular sake
- 1/2 minced garlic clove
- 1 1/2 c shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 2 sliced scallions (entire stalk)
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated
Description
This Is More Or Less As Authentic A Yakisoba Dish That I Can Come Up With Such As What I Used To Order In Japan. It Is Delicious With The Sauce I Am Posting But There Are A Couple Of Bottled Brands That Are Very Good. Some Of The Japanese Bottled Fruit
