- 200g sliced celery stalk
- Approx 2 tablespoon of Sushi Vinegar. Both plain and seasoned ones are fine.
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- Many many sesame seeds for sprinkling
