Vada Pav (indian Burger)

Ingredients

  • For the filling -
  • 3 large boiled potatoes
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 3 green chillies a piece of ginger
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic finely chopped coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder a pinch of asafoetida salt to taste vegetable oil for frying
  • For the coating
  • 2-3 cups of gram flour (besan)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • To be eaten with fresh bakery bread.

Description

This Is The Most Common Food You'll Find In Mumbai And It's Famous As The Indian Burger. Well I Admit It's High Cholesterol But At Times I Give Up On This.
