Turkey And Chili Pepper Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup  water
  • 2 tablespoons  reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons  cornstarch
  •   Nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 cups  chopped bok choy
  • 1   medium red or green sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup  finely chopped seeded Anaheim pepper or 1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper*
  • 1-1/2 cups  cooked turkey breast, cut into bite-size strips (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup  sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 cups  hot cooked rice

Description

Peppers Add A Bit Of Heat To This Turkey And Bok Choy Dish. Anaheim Peppers Are Milder And Larger Than Jalapeno Peppers. Both Are Readily Available In Most Grocery Stores.
