  • 1 tablespoon  snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1 16-ounce  Italian bread shell (Boboli)
  • 1/2 cup  shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1   small tomato, seeded and chopped
