250gm minced chicken3 tbsp garlic teriyaki sauce
1 small capsicum, halved and cut to thin slices
1 small tomato, quartered and cut to small chunks
1 onion, halved and sliced thinly
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp spaghetti sauce
mozzarella cheese (as much as you want!)
